What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at Confidential?
We are an established Ecommerce retailer in Walnut, CA that specializes in automotive and outdoor equipment. We are looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our company. Those that are motivated and have keen eye for attention to details are encouraged to apply.
The Logistics Coordinator position would assist our accounting and order processing functions. Some of the key job duties would include, processing and invoicing orders, generating quotes and scheduling shipments through LTL and FTL carriers, sending invoices to customers, and resolving any issues that may occur with customer orders. Additional duties include accurately input data in system software and review accuracy of shipping and receiving B.O.L. documents.
Required Experience / Skills:
- 1 year of office experience, preferably within a related field
- Ecommerce experience strongly preferred
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite a plus
- Experience with ERP software (Sage 100) not required, but a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
