Responsibilities:

• Canvass (D2D) hail/storm impacted areas and offer our services to qualified home owners and/or property owners.
• Solicit complimentary assessments to determine their eligibility for a roof replacement via their insurance carrier.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
• Promote brand awareness via digital execution as well as field execution.
• Build long term relationships with direct points of contact for business opportunities.
• Attend, host, and represent the Company at various networking events, luncheons, and other industry promoted marketing adventures.
• Work directly with management and company owner to implement tools and/or practices to distinguish our organization in the industry.
• Actively promote brand awareness through any and every avenues possible such as school functions, participating in fundraisers, or even sponsoring events in the local community.
• Urgency regarding responsiveness is REQUIRED.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience is highly recommended.
• Previous experience in building relationships would be ideal for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships.
• MUST have reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $36,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
