CFCU Community Credit Union (CFCU) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to fill the role of Marketing Analyst and Event Specialist. This individual will obtain and analyze internal and external consumer and market information to be utilized in decision making matters, as well as participate in events and public relations programs. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of community, an outgoing personality, the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Scheduled work hours will vary and include some evenings and weekends based on community and CFCU related events.
Requirements
& Responsibilities:
- Utilizes Marketing Customer Information File to increase membership growth and retention while being able to measure and manage member relationship and profitability.
- Ability to understand Google analytics to ascertain actionable items.
- Utilizes member survey tools to gather pertinent information.
- Utilizes and maintain marketing tools and communication channels to support credit union growth; including new tactics and platforms as technology evolves. Tracks and measures results.
- Review sponsorship requests and make recommendations for support as a member of the Charitable Giving Committee.
- Plan, prepare for and represent CFCU at CFCU sponsored events. Provide marketing materials for all CFCU sponsorships and confirm all sponsorship benefits are received and the “Event Overview Form” is completed for all CFCU sponsorships. Maintain inventory spreadsheet of marketing materials. Sets up/breaks down displays at events. Communicates details of events to CFCU staff and solicits event volunteers to ensure sufficient representation and coverage at events. Engages, and guides CFCU staff to engage, the public, to enhance CFCU’s standing in our communities. Monitor and update digital signage, virtual teller machines and touch tables. Ensure timely updates of messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Provides photography and videography support to various CFCU Committees, events, and initiatives. Is responsible for the uploading to various CFCU Social Media channels, the CFCU website, and the CFCU intranet.
- Oversee social media, enacting plan, and monitoring posts.
- Assists in maintaining Credit Union website, ensuring information is accurate, appropriate, and current.
- Understands and supports the Credit Union's mission and values and remains current on programs and policies. Promotes the Credit Union products and marketing initiatives to employees. Communicates regularly and effectively with supervisor to ensure mutual goals are understood and met. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external contacts and represents the Credit Union in a positive manner.

Desired Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field.
· One to three years of similar or related experience.
· Self-directed and motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
· Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite experience preferred.
· Must be able to travel independently, lift up to 35lbs, and sit or stand for extended periods of time.
· Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships within CFCU and the community.
· Effectively prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
