What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Specialist position at CFM, Inc.?
The CFM Solution Implementation Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact with the is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service on CFM products.
RESPONSIBILITIES·
- Serve as the primary liaison for our customers during the Implementation process to manage all aspects of implementation lifecycle and ensure customer success
- Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan – tracking project milestones, activities, tasks, and customer meeting minutes utilizing Salesforce management system
- Install, monitor, configure, test, and troubleshoot CFM’s software
- Serve as primary contact for technical issue and resolution working effectively with all CFM teammates to ensure issue resolution.
- Report project progress, including deliverables, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to both customers, partners, and Management.
- Schedule and facilitate customer training for optimal adoption of product
- Manage post implementation activities including transition to Support team, optimizing the implementation process for future project, and related process improvement opportunities
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software deployments in a multiple footprint or deployment models.
- Develop and demonstrate proficiency with all hardware that our solutions interface with, including but not limited to Cash Dispensers, Cash Recyclers, Coin Dispensers.
- Develop and demonstrate a high level of understanding as to how our end users, in Banks and Credit Unions utilize our solutions to optimize their hardware, and gain efficiencies.
- Have a basic understanding of networking to determine where a networking communication issue could be affecting the performance of the CFM product line.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Degree or above
- Expertise with hardware found in a bank or credit union branch. Specifically, Cash Automation is a plus
- Previous Implementations or Project Management experience a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, & Excel)
- Proficient in SQL Database
- Strong references from peers, supervisors, and customers
- Nice to have -Understanding of C , JAVA code, Networking
