As a Teller in our Branch team, you will have a role in delivering an exceptional experience to cfsbank customers. You will develop and support sustainable relationships with our customers, using your financial knowledge to offer beneficial solutions to help address their financial needs. While contributing to the success of the branch, you will also have the opportunity to take ownership of your career development through a variety of training opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by exhibiting a customer-first attitude while assisting with personal and business deposit account products and daily transactions.
- Educate customers in person and over the phone - to build sustainable relationships and discover financial needs to provide beneficial product and service recommendations.
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately; deliver solutions that make our cfsbank products work together.
