We are looking for a talented individual with a keen eye to details and willingness to expand their skills to join our application development team. You will work closely with the Functional Lead/Product Owner and other development team members. This position would suit a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic business analyst with a proven track record not only in delivering quality documentation and applications, but also in providing excellent customer service. We work in a very collaborative environment where excellent communication skills are needed
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Participate in meetings with the business owners to elicit, analyze and document details business requirements.
• Map current processes to the desired state and identify gaps such as program functions, system requirements, data conversion strategies.
• Develop, business process flows, data models and system design specifications and recommendations related to proposed solutions
• Act as liaison between the functional and technical teams.
• Create and maintain functional deliverables including epics, user stories, system requirement document, business process diagrams, design specifications and user guide.
• Develop test cases/scripts, execute smoke, system, load and browser testing and support user acceptance testing and document results
• Provide continual improvement process recommendations and implementation related to the customer experience.
• Assist with implementation of new functionality, configurations, and enhancements as needed
• Work with various teams to design, develop and maintain a web-based database system.
• Troubleshoot issues, whether related to core functionality or those originating from customization, extensions, or interfaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Maintain positive and cooperatives communications and collaborations with all levels of team members and customers
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in application System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong documentation skills
• Strong hands-on experience with database query and back-end testing
• Must have strong problem solving skills including analytical, logical, investigative and methodical.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience working with various groups and individuals to gather requirements, identify, test and implement solutions efficiently.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Strong time management, communication, organizational and leadership skills.
Desired (optional) qualifications:
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Test automation is a plus (Katalon)

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,000 - $113,500
