CGI is looking for multiple Customer Service Associates to join our Troy, Alabama team.
The ideal candidate will be able to apply their communication skills (verbal and written) to provide excellent customer service in a client-focused and service-oriented environment.
This position would suit a positive, innovative, and enthusiastic solution-finder.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
- Responsible for assisting customers with service calls for a broad range of products
- Service and problem resolution to include receiving and investigating customer inquiries regarding services and issues
- Effectively handling upset customers
- Multi-tasking through diverse client-facing systems to document calls and transfer funds accordingly
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday and can vary from 6 : 30am-7 : 00pm CT. Multiple shifts available for this role. (No weekends)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
CGI will invest in your future success in the role using project-based learning for four weeks of PAID training onsite at our Troy, AL office.
The hours of training will be 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Friday where perfect attendance will be required for completion.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications.
To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.
S. is $12.00 - $15.00 / hour .
