Position Description
This position will be a part of a new domain support team overarching the existing support teams across the Corporate and Investment Banking Portfolio.
Candidates must be willing to work second shift hours and Saturdays on rotation.
Candidates must be willing to work out of one of the following locations:
1. Pittsburgh, PA
2. Birmingham, AL
3. Cleveland, OH
4. Columbus, OH
Candidates must have experience with IBM Integration
Your future duties and responsibilities
• P1 Incidents - Triage, escalate to Level 2 for resolution, Engage Critical incident Manager
• P2, P3 & P4 Incidents - Triage, Troubleshoot, Recover or Escalate based on SOP, Knowledge based articles
• End-to-end event handling responsibilities from acknowledgment to closure
• Dashboards, CA7 jobs monitoring includes initial triage, analysis before escalating to the next level or engaging application teams
• Tracking the automation work and engage the application teams for development
• Perform technical validations in production after any infrastructure (or) application maintenance activities
• Provide periodic application health reports to Leadership team
• Participate on P1 and Customer Impacting P2 Incident bridges
• Process 95% of events and incidents, escalating within the team for additional support
• Make technical decisions, resolve events/incidents
• Escalate issues in a timely manner
• Find automation opportunities and work to completion
• Create and maintain knowledge-based articles to support troubleshooting
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• IIB
• Basics of F5, Session Management, URL, LDAP/Access Management
• MQ
• Batch Jobs, CRON Job, Distributed, CA7
• Database and SQL/Toad usage
• Basic knowledge of Servers including: Tomcat, Apache, WAS, ESI
• Distributed Application, SOAP/REST/API, Web UI
• Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, TrueSight, and ServiceNow, Evoylvyn, APIGEE, OCP, Humio/logs

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 - $165,300.
