What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at CGT?
The HR Screeners are responsible for candidate pipeline screening and outreach. This team aids in the candidate selection process through this functional specialization. At least 0-2years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter.
Demonstrated ability to:
Perform pre-screens and in-depth interviews
Communicate with candidates regarding specific openings
Communicate with candidates to schedule pre-screens, interviews, and post interview feedback.
Collect competitive and market intelligence throughout the course of talent identification and screening activities.
Prior experience working with an automated applicant tracking system helpful but not required, we will train.
Assist various Managers and other departmental employees with specialized projects as needed.
Generate reports and designs special reports as requested
Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
