We are currently seeking a Project Manager II to join our Industrial Facilities Team to work remotely from home from any of the following office locations: Colonie, NY; Parsippany, NJ; Fort Washington, PA; Lansdale, PA; Wyomissing, PA; Norwell, MA; Boston, MA; or any other CHA office location.

At CHA, our Project Manager II conducts the design development, implementation, and technical analysis of technical various systems to implement new products, or changes to an existing scheme, to suit individual client needs. The individual in this role works on multiple projects in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet client, contractual and company requirements.
The Project Manager II monitors progress and performance against the project plan and acts immediately to resolve operational problems and minimize delays, as well as recognizes technical discrepancies in analytical results, and makes appropriate corrections. Additionally, the individual in this role identifies, develops, and gathers technical resources necessary to complete assignments.

- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience required
- Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the respective engineering field as well as proven ability to practically apply it in a professional environment
- Proficient in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
- Understands QA/QC procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with the willingness to assist more senior staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
- Participation in a professional engineering society/organization preferred
- Ability to travel (~30% of the time, primarily Northeast)
