Role: Account Manager
(Fulltime -Opportunity)
Job description:
Able to Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account engagement matters
Proficient in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, resulting in upselling and new business.
Able to Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Proficient in developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Work with the delivery team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
At least 50% of Travel is mandatory
Skills / Background:
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in enterprise selling
Awareness of advanced analytics, analytics, big data, and cloud technologies
Experience in working with Fortune 500 companies
Experience with Retail/CPG preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
