- Pay: Salary $55K-$80K (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Full Time, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS AND PAID HOLIDAYS OFF!).

Overview
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will have oversight, coordination, and project management responsibility for ensuring customer’s (Multi-family residential housing) 3rd Party tool interaction with Chadwell Supply is as effective as possible.
Education Requirements
- Excellent Excel (lookups, pivots, advanced formulas), Outlook, PowerPoint and other MS office product skills are required for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess customer ordering process on all 3rd party tools.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure customer ordering is simple and effective.
- Ensure Chadwell Supply is marketed effectively on the 3rd party tools.
- Act as liaison between customers and 3rd party software providers for all issues affecting Chadwell Supply.
- Ensure Chadwell Supply is well positioned on customer’s 3rd party tools .
- Prioritize IT activity in support of 3rd party tool maximization.
- Work with Marketing and Customer Service to develop and implement ongoing employee and customer training and support approach.
Requirements
- Technology understanding – experience working with software implementations.
- Be a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience working with Multi-Family 3rd Party software.
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
- Excellent analytical skills, solid critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
