As a Real Estate Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate projects from inception to completion. This position requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
Support the lease negotiation process by preparing and reviewing letters of intent (LOI) and lease agreements.

Draft proposals, pitch decks, and other presentation materials to effectively communicate project value to stakeholders.

Expertly manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to track project metrics and outcomes.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars for project teams to ensure efficient scheduling and time management.

Track project expenses meticulously, ensuring budget adherence and financial transparency.

Serve as the liaison between project teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth operation and communication.

Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and site visits as needed to keep projects on track.

Experience you need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a real estate project coordination or similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
