Position Summary
Responsible for all aspects of customer interaction for this fast-growing e-commerce business. Organize and follow-up on all customer points of contact. Ensure all customer interaction by the organization meets or exceeds the company's set expectations of its customer centered culture.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all CRM correspondence from multiple websites (customer emails and messages)
- Assist customers with orders at all stages, including custom, bulk and special requests
- Supervise incoming calls with other team members and provide assistance to ensure correct implementation of policies and procedures
- Oversee returns and exchanges
- Internal point of contact for all customer service related policies and procedures
- Lead and organize all outbound calls to customers with orders in house
- Initiate and manage all shipping occurrences (damages, claims, re-shipments)
- Calmly and professionally handle all customers and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years experience with e-commerce customer service/customer service call center, or equivalent applicable business experience
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and Google Docs

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
