Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 13 offices and 150 full time now provides a comprehensive range of services and products that include:
Academy Admin Role
Staff member will be both a soccer coach & office support to Challenger Sports Academy Division. This will involve coaching soccer to players/ teams at various locations during the season whilst also providing general admin support. .
Direct objectives for the positions would include:
- Coaching sessions deliver sessions to players of a variety of ages
- General management: of Academy staff within region in spring and fall.
- Logbooks: up keeping of staff coaching log books
- Session plans: review session plans from staff & keep log of everything sent in
- Marketing Support: putting together brochures & flyers for programs
- Communication: to all parents/ players within our registration programs
- Scheduling: provide schedules for staff included detailed/ complex morning/ afternoon & evening work with all the additional clinics our staff do.
Compensation
$30-$35k per year based on qualifications & experience, coach education & medical insurance included
Location
office location will be set & you would be based out of one of our satellite locations. Field sessions can be anywhere within a 90min radius of office.
Salary : $30,000 - $35,000
