About the Role: Structures car deals for customers; providing education about all aspects of the deal including financing, aftermarket products, warranties, and dealership services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing thorough information on aftermarket products, extended warranties, and manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
* Maintaining positive working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
* Processing deals with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely funding and 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
* Training and education of the Sales team with information on finance and lease programs and maintaining a system by which all new sales are referred to the F&I department
* Achieving targeted Sales and Finance department goals
* Timely completion of all documentation
* Communication with Sales, Administrative support staff and Managers to allow seamless execution of all aspects of the customer experience
* Other duties, as assigned by the General Manager
Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in automotive sales or finance, required.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, strong professional ethics and desire to help customers have a positive buying experience.
