WHAT IS WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION?
Warrantyadministration is the process of managing warranty claims for vehicles and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. The goal of warranty administration is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and provide exceptional customer service to dealerships. Generally, this allows the dealership staff to focus on selling more vehicles and worry less about their warranty management. Warranty administrators are responsible for managing the claims process, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the manufacturer and repair facilities to resolve warranty issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR JOBS
As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll have a range of critical responsibilities to manage, such as overseeing warranty claims and ensuring quick, effective resolution.
- In charge of managing warranty claims and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicating with customers and dealerships to resolve any issues or concerns related to warranty claims
