Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of information

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette for clear and respectful communication
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are beneficial
