Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an entry level marketing person for 5 to 10 hours per week on average.

Champion Property Inspection is a leading Property Inspector firm in our local market. Our goal is to make the property inspection experience educational and easy for our customers. Our talented team accomplishes the home inspection process with quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Job Skills Preferred For This Position

• Filming & photographing inspectors for content in the field
• Use of Google Suite systems
• Use of Microsoft Systems
• Use of TechSmith Snag it, Camtasia systems
• Extroverted as you’ll be interacting with customers, prospecting, and other marketing activities
• Grammar skills are critical for our website development, social media posts, and related systems
• Familiar with WordPress and manipulating websites

Job Duties

• Expect to be in the field 50% and 50% remotely working on content.
• Post photos, and content to social media and manage responses
• Create/assist with content creation blogging/vlogging
• Create/assist with content shorts, reels, and other social media videos
• Create/assist with video content over 1 minute and associated playlist
• Oversee our handwritten thank-you notes
• Execute our 10/10/10 systems of marketing
• Assist with writing marketing SOPs
• Assist/present presentations with key inspectors at real estate offices
• Manage social media and educate our team on how to better promote inspections & educate our clients about our ancillary services
• Will be trained in the use of TechSmith software, Snag It, and Camtasia

Pay

$17.50 per hour – $25.00 with potential for growth

Monthly performance reviews will be done using Key Performance Indicators.
