About the Company:
Chancey Metals, LLC is a leading provider of miscellaneous metal products, custom metal fabrication services and metal parts manufacturing. We operate from three facilities in Jacksonville, FL and serve customers located throughout the US.
Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, tools and tactics to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive revenue growth and maintain high level of customer service.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage established Business Development Programs across Business Divisions
Maintain Customer Relationship Management System to ensure functionality and data integrity
Assist Company Leadership with documenting internal processes and consistent branding of standardized forms and reports.
Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, events, and more.
Collaborate with sales and estimating teams, to develop and implement marketing campaigns and business processes.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Support Business Divisions in the development of marketing/collateral materials, presentations, and digital content.
Support Business Divisions at external events and procuring necessary material or apparel for events and the workplace.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including marketing agencies, designers, and printers.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, and Mail Chimp
Experience with CRM systems, such as Dynamics 365.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
Additional Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
