Job Description: Social Media Manager
Dr. Chang Soo Kim is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. Dr. Kim is a board certified plastic surgeon who offers a comprehensive range of cosmetic services including surgery, injectables, laser and radiofrequency treatments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and reputation of the practice. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Dr. Kim has offices in Stamford, CT and Bedford Hills, NY. He has partnerships with Bellava MedAesthetics in Bedford Hills, NY and Montville MedSpa in Montville, NJ.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, weekends and nights as needed
- Full-time
Location:
- Will require travel to offices in Stamford, CT, Bedford Hills, NY and Montville, NJ.
- This is NOT a remote work position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 2 years experience.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytic tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent writing, editing, and creative skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and patients.
- Candidate must provide examples of prior social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our services, attract new patients, and engage with existing patients.
- Create, film, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our patients.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and growth.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
