As the Medical Records/Office Clerk at Cedar Manor, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the nursing staff. This person will establish and maintain organized medical records and files. You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that is recognized for their achievements and contributions.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintains established medical record files
- Files resident information on individual charts
- Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documentation for nursing department
- May prepare and/or submit forms and documentation to and/or from physicians
Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous medical record experience is required
- Long Term Care industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Point Click Care experience preferred
