What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier position at Chapman of Horsham?
The Cashier/Receptionist receives all incoming calls to the dealership and forwards calls to the appropriate associate/department. This associate receives and receipts payment from customers in the Service, Parts, and Sales Departments. Represents the dealership in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Routing calls to the proper departments .
- Efficiently and effectively coordinate with advisors to ensure proper payments.
- Issuing inspection stickers to Technicians.
- Issuing dealer plates and gas cards.
- Scanning service repair orders and parts invoices
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills
