Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Education: High school diploma or completion of GED equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience: Minimum three (3) years of logistic, traffic planning, and/or customer service experience within the consumer goods or distribution industries.
License(s) / Certification(s): APICS certification a plus

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures timely and effective coordination of product shipments to meet and exceed customer expectations, focusing on both Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments.
- Delivers prompt and courteous service throughout the sales order fulfillment process, including providing updates on order status, addressing shipment inquiries, and resolving any order-related issues promptly.
- Proactively informs customers about incoming shipments, ensuring they are prepared for receipt.
- Acts as the primary service contact for designated accounts or distribution channels, managing and resolving order issues through effective analysis and corrective actions.
- Facilitates communication and coordination between customers, account managers, sales representatives, and internal teams such as demand planning and sales to streamline the order process.
- Engages in detailed order management tasks, including analyzing load plans, overseeing purchase order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient logistics practices.
- Leverages SAP/EWM or similar software solutions for comprehensive management of order distribution, logistics, and processing activities.
- Generates and distributes reports as needed or requested, including monthly logistics performance reports, to provide insight into operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintains up-to-date process and communication documentation for each account, ensuring clarity and consistency in operations.
- Keeps abreast of the company's product offerings, including specific lines and brands, to better address customer needs and inquiries.
- Undertakes other tasks as necessary to support the logistics and fulfillment operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the company's distribution strategy.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge of the sales fulfillment and support functions.
- Proficiency using an ERP solution (i.e., SAP) or similar platform.
- Knowledge of CPG shipment routing in multiple channels
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible or non-traditional hours when necessary and as appropriate to meet customer needs.
- High degree of proficiency using PC, MS Office, & database analytical tools
- Organizational skills and the ability to maintain information in a logical and well-thought-out manner.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to effectively develop professional and positive relationships with internal and external customer contacts.
- Ability to be detail oriented.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
