We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of Phoenix office.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow in logistics and transportation industry by learning from the experts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, manage, and build new business relationship in the target market through marketing, cold calling, client consultations and follow-ups
- Place outgoing calls to our prospective customer database to arrange introductory appointments for our Sales team
- Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication to ensure day to day and long-term needs are met
- Deliver outstanding client experiences by going above and beyond the status quo
- Gather and record information about the customer and their potential needs
- Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams, and executing operational tasks as needed
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
- Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
Requirements
- 1-2 years of inside sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field would be an asset
- Recent college or university degree in Sales & Marketing or Business-related field is required
- Exceptional customer service skills, embraces the concept of both the internal and external customer
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them
