What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Product Manager position at Charles Schwab Inc.?
Your Opportunity
As part of the broader Employee Experience organization, our team is focused on reducing the amount of time that candidates and employees spend navigating complexity, so they can focus on doing work that matters. We do so by delivering simple and intuitive digital experiences.
As a Product Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will work with TA products (e.g., iCIMS, IQN, Workday, among others) and call upon your previous HR technology and process knowledge to define, implement, enhance, and manage HR solutions, products and technologies. You recognize that, first and foremost, knowing and understanding the user and their needs is key. You also understand how to gather and analyze functional requirements, apply agile product development principles, collaborate across the organizational spectrum, and communicate in both technical and business terms. Additionally, you think about the end-to-end employee experience and play a key role in prioritizing what we offer and why.
Workplace Flexibility Program: We're proud to support our employees in a working approach that allows you to bring your best self to work – whether that’s in the office or remote.
Most Schwabbies have the opportunity to work in the office and/or at home based on their preference*
Employees may have the flexibility for a hybrid schedule, where they divide their time between working remotely or in the office.
Employees and managers can discuss additional flexibility options based on their role, business needs, and individual circumstances.
