Your Opportunity
The goal of Plan Administration is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Specifically, a Specialist on the Receipts Team is responsible for executing high volume processing of Plan Sponsor payrolls and synoptic files with a high rate of accuracy. In addition, we are expected to manage relationships with internal business partners while ensuring absolute compliance with all regulations and requirements of ERISA Law.
What you are good at
The Specialist is expected to manage and support the daily processing of incoming payroll and synoptic files while understanding the many operational processes within the group. Position responsibilities include: Accurately and efficiently process incoming synoptic and contribution related data to ensure participant account information is updated timely and accurately, responding to Client Service Team inquiries regarding payroll processing activities, maintaining quality control and procedures, and creating process improvements in order to meet key results and exceed client expectations. Flexibility and utmost attention to detail, initiative in researching tasks, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to meet multiple opposing deadlines is vital to success in this position. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment, coordinating activities of team members and processing transactions to achieve success with minimal errors is also crucial.
