Charleston Oral and Facial Surgery and Charleston Aesthetics are seeking a Marketing Director to grow our dental implants business, cosmetic products, and OMS services. The Director will assist with our overall marketing strategy and develop and improve our brand recognition.
The Marketing Director will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans. Ultimately, the Director will be charged with increasing patient engagement, fostering referral loyalty, and growing our Facial Aesthetics business. The Director will improve our website and social media traffic by strategically maneuvering all aspects of the marketing roadmap. The Director will lead and direct our other directors, support staff, and providers with marketing initiatives and strategy. The Director will have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and optimize content to engage potential customers and clients on those channels. The Director will be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. The Director will aim to deliver marketing programs to help our reputation and growth.

Based in Charleston, SC, COAFS has set out to revolutionize management by developing comprehensive OMS practice management services for our integrated and non-integrated practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conceptualize immediate and long-range needs of the change initiatives/implementations with respect to our growing medical and dental community.
· Understand key business objectives and performance indicators as they relate to project goals.
· Translate implementation needs into a comprehensive project plan which ensures successful project completion.
· Negotiate project objectives and direction with internal project partners.
· Act as the project lead for marketing with various departments to ensure the completion of work in a timely and efficient manner.
· Prepare periodic written reports for the Executive Team regarding project status, including information related to project direction and making changes as necessary.
· Deliver presentations regarding project direction and recommendations to the Executive Team.
· Develop and employ relevant insights and analytics to inform the execution of strategies.
· Gain efficiencies and effectively communicate through streamlined processes and systems across all channels.
· Engage in an ongoing and as-needed basis with key business/function partners, operating as a strategic partner in delivering communications strategy perspectives and capabilities to inform and enable strategic and tactical business plans and activities.
· Identify sources and relationships of corporate data and make recommendations/decisions regarding data aggregation and interpretation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or related field (Required)
· Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing highly desired (Preferred)
· Minimum four (4) years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience in a marketing-driven organization with a proven management background (Required)
· Broad knowledge and experience in a Medical or Dental setting, with experience in several marketing functions in those settings (Preferred)
· Thorough understanding of customer segmentation and management techniques, as well as the critical elements of the employee experience (Required)

· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills (Required)

· Solid knowledge of new and relevant technologies (Preferred)
