Position Summary
While no job description can possibly provide a comprehensive list of job duties, the following is a summary of the major responsibilities for the position: Assist with the day-to-day activities of BLOOM, including design and delivery of floral presentations and customer service. Produce a significant number of creative floral arrangements and designs for the hotel, its internal clients, its business partners, and the general public. Assist in delivering, set-up and retrieval of floral products from the hotel, its off-site venues, and properties. Conduct a weekly walk through of the public viewing areas of the hotel; monitor arrangements for freshness; maintain these arrangements. Assist management in serving customers, conducting wedding and special event consultations and in the overall daily operations of BLOOM, including phone service.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Two years of experience in floral arranging and store sales preferred.
- Understanding of the luxury & quality environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented individual with strong commitment to excellence.
- Broad knowledge of flowers and foliage varieties, design elements and principles of design.
