Charlie’s is opening soon in St Helena and hiring for all positions in the Kitchen and Dining Room!
We are currently hiring for all positions to work closely with local produce, meats, wines, beers, and purveyors on a team with a focus on collaboration, seasonality, attention to detail, and delicious food.
We are a small team and value both the individual contributors and their growth and education as well as the culture as a whole and working closely with our dining room team to make special experiences for each of our guests. Opening training will include time at the places where our food and beverages are grown and with the people growing and creating what we will serve to our guests.

About Chef Elliot and Charlie’s:
Elliot Bell, a 10-year veteran of Thomas Keller’s world-renowned The French Laundry, is set to open a restaurant of his own named Charlie’s after his four-year old son. The menu at Charlie’s will revolve around local purveyors and have seasonal offerings, featuring some of Chef’s favorite family recipes, and highlighting the diversity and quality of locally-sourced ingredients.
