Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant
Location: Punta Gorda, FL
Position Summary:
- Under supervision of Director of HR, Quality, and Innovation, HR Administrative Assistant will provide a wide variety of HR functions for a behavioral health center with 230 employees related to plans, policies, services, and activities.
- Provides administrative support to the Director of HR, Quality, and Innovation and agency employees.
- Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). (I.e., updates to background reviews, licensure, training, etc.).
- Responsible for filing and tracking of required trainings for all staff.
- Assist with the onboarding process for all new/returning staff.
- Assist with organizing and facilitating New Hire Orientation (NHO).
- Responsible for processing all completed DocuSign.
- Assist with audit preparation.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- (2) years administrative/clerical experience. Experience in HR preferred.
- Ability to pass Level II Background clearance, drug test (CBHC is a drug free workplace)
