Charlotte Ski Boats is a fast-growing Multi Line dealership located in Mooresville, NC on beautiful Lake Norman. We sell and service Tige and ATX Boats, Formula, Tahoe & Barletta Pontoons as well as Mercury and Suzuki Outboards. We focus on sales, service, parts, and brokerage.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and also as part of a team, take pride in doing a quality job, are willing to work hard and pay close attention to detail. We are looking for an experienced individual with the goals to grow and manage a department and team.

Charlotte Ski Boats is looking for a Service Advisor to run the day-to-day Service customer communications, record keeping, billing and technician dispatch functions. This person must be friendly, outgoing, and organized and be able to keep our customers delighted. Maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction is critical to the success of this position. Previous experience in a service advisor role is recommended. We need someone that has excellent interpersonal skills, training capabilities, enjoys a challenge and will do what it takes to get the job done. Service Advisor Position Responsibilities:
Service Processes: Effectively facilitate the company service process by following the established procedures in ways that meet or exceed customer and company expectations
1) Accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order by professionally greeting, listening to and communicating with the customer in a way that builds their comfort and confidence.
2) Understand and follow the established repair order process through to its satisfactory and timely completion, including effective scheduling.
3)Effectively keep customers informed and updated on the repair status of their unit.
4) Verify that quality control is done and arrange for delivery back to the customer.
5) Stay current on product information such as recalls, service bulletins and warranty guidelines.
Service Sales: Optimize service profitability to help sustain and strengthen the dealership.
1) Accurately estimate and document all charges on the repair order.
2) Close and finish all repair orders in a timely manner.
3) Obtain warranty and all other required authorizations in a timely manner.
4) Meet or exceed individual service sales goals by selling additional service/maintenance, parts and accessories.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Administration and Management: Knowledge of business, management and sales principles, customer service, and coordination of people and resources.
- Communication: Able to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and company personnel. Able to clearly and effectively communicate information both orally and in writing. Able to communicate both orally and in writing with customers, many of whom are high net-worth individuals.
- Mechanical: Able to understand the basic mechanical and electrical systems on watercraft and communicate issues to employees and customers.
- Conflict management skills
- Problem solving abilities
Qualifications:

- Education/Experience: High school diploma required. Minimum of 1-year sales or Service Advisor.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office experience required. Experience with CDK LightSpeed is a plus!

Work Schedule:
In-season schedule Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:30pm
Flex schedule available after 90 days which includes planned Saturdays off!

Annual Pay Range Opportunity:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00
Hourly Commission
Annual Bonus Opportunity
