SUMMARY
This position will execute nurturing, conversion and retention multichannel programs for customers and prospects through the CRM and Marketing Automation platforms. This role will also assist in designing and execution of Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs with content, channels, and elements specific to a target list and aligned with the business goals. Supports the Customer Journey Manager.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to the building of a customer-centric omnichannel communication strategy that delivers thought leadership customer value throughout key life cycle stages, moving potential clients down a sales pipeline.
- Collaborate to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion among key accounts. Work with internal teams to identify the needs of high value accounts to activate personalized content and campaigns.
- Project management for omnichannel programs including planning, brief development and submission and status updates.
- Contribute to database marketing & lead generation best practices and trends as well as provide insights to achieve business objectives.
- Activate learnings from pilots, A/B tests in order to optimize our interactions and programs. Monitor conversion rates and make appropriate, incremental adjustments to improve results and optimize engagement.
- Identify and manage vendor partnerships as required including premium and direct mail vendors.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels including email.
- Stay abreast of competitive trends and messages as well as breakthrough and innovative direct marketing practices to inform Account Based Marketing and other strategies.
- Supports leadership with the team's budget management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification in ABM is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud a plus
- Ability to work on problems with moderate scope
- Ability to analyze situations that require a review of variety of factors
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions
- Ability to work with a moderate level of guidance and direction. Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments
- Intermediate level proficiency in appropriate software applications or technology
- Knowledge of cable TV and digital media industry a plus
- Knowledge of marketing, data analysis, and related functionspreferred
- Capable of working on high level projects that involve colleagues within every level & department of the organization
- Ability to distill complex information into simple and easy to use sales and marketing materials

EDUCATION
BA/BS in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Integrated advertising experience (5 yrs)
- Account Based Marketing Experience (2 yrs)
- Integrated advertising experience - ideally in the media/advertising industry (Online player, Digital Agency, Cable Distributor or Programmer) - ad agency experience a plus. (5 yrs)
