Director of Food and Beverage

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee our food service operations. As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our dining services, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and profitability of our food and beverage operations
- Oversee menu planning and ensure a diverse selection of high-quality food options
- Manage food preparation processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members to maintain a high level of performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the Dietary Department and Kitchen, to coordinate food service activities
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in food service to continuously improve our offerings

Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and experience in bartending
- Strong culinary skills with experience in cooking a variety of cuisines
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent understanding of food service operations, including food handling, storage, and presentation
- Experience managing a large-scale food management operation
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Pay: $18.16 - $27.87 per hour
