The Guest Services Associate I position is an entry-level supportive role designed to assist with everyday operations across multiple departments. This is a general labor and administrative position at the winery.

Objective
The Guest Services Associate I will be assigned “hands-on” operational tasks by the Director of Guest Service to support our commitment to an exceptional guest service experience. Under close supervision, this position provides an overall general working experience of winery operations and the fundamental skills required for each department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provides an exceptional guest service experience for each visitor by maintaining department standards; by greeting and welcoming all guests in a warm and sincere manner; does everything possible to ensure a memorable and pleasant guest experience.
- Assists with cleaning and organizing throughout the day to always keep the winery presentable and representative of the Château Morrisette brand.
- Performs baseline job duties of a General Winery Worker as needed with “hands-on” cross training rotating between tasks and departments as needed; Bottling, Customer Service, Grounds Maintenance, Kitchen (Hut) Prep & Serving, Production, Restaurant, Tasting Room, and Vineyard
- Utilize department procedures and guidelines of each working area.
- Develop, retain, and performs new skills and processes as introduced.
- Follows company safety procedures, quality, and OSHA standards.
- Participates in special projects, assignments, events, and festivals as needed.
- Works efficiently and effectively at an acceptable level under close supervision and support.
- Remains readily available to always assist co-workers and guests; understands and executes additional responsibilities; maintains a positive, cooperative, and professional attitude.
- Complies with federal and state regulations.
- Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
Recommend Qualifications
- High School Diploma or currently attending High School
- Experience in customer service, events, or hospitality.
- Ability to learn quickly and achieve efficiency across assigned operational areas.
- Interpersonal and communication skills; pro-actively and genuinely engages with co-workers & guests; conveys information clearly/concisely; use of active listening skills.
- Exercises good judgment; anticipates, troubleshoots; prioritizes work, adapts, multi-tasks, and is flexible.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Represents Château Morrisette’s brand and core values at all times.
