Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the upkeep of equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or electrical systems
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical and electrical systems
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Lead facility improvement projects and upgrades
- Train and mentor maintenance team members
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment
- Experience in maintenance management and facilities management
- Ability to use tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues
- Proficiency in fabricating or repairing parts as needed
- Familiarity with low voltage systems
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Previous experience working with CMMS is a plus
