Quality Control Manager
The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting assessments to guarantee operational compliance with the contract specifications and internal policies and procedures within all service areas and departments. Additionally, the position involves assisting the Site Director by actively developing, enhancing, reviewing, and evaluating processes and procedures in accordance with our Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), to ensure strict adherence to contract terms, regulations, and organizational policies.

Quality Control Manager

- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Quality Control Manager:
- Pay commensurate with experience.
- Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
- Assess quality control of operations across the range of services and departments to deliver safe and secure childcare and accountability in accordance with the contract statement of work.
- Understand, implement, and track contract, sub-contract, and vendor requirements.
- Research applicable Government Agency policies and ensure compliance.
- Develop, improve, review, and assess processes and procedures to ensure compliance in accordance with our QASP.
- Analyze organizational and operational problems to develop timely and economical solutions.
- Develop, implement, and track action plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
- Evaluate action plans and activities across the organization to identify specific requirements and adjust plans to meet each requirement on time.
- Coordinate employee efforts; facilitate communications between management and employees.
- Provide detailed updates to leadership, strategic partners, and stakeholders by participating in meetings and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, reports, assessments).
- Keep accurate documentation of all activities, assessments, reports, findings, etc.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree desired and three years of documented experience in quality control management or other compliance-related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of operations within a multi-functional organization, encompassing areas such as public works, medical services, food service, recreation, education, housing, logistics, and social service functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral, visual, and written.
- Proficient computer skills working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple work sites and teams.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to comfortably interact with senior-level personnel.
- Outstanding interaction skills, tact, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to employ logical reasoning for analyzing and identifying underlying principles, reasons, or facts related to information or data, leading to informed conclusions.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
