SUMMARY :
Perform clerical tasks required in the preparation of routine correspondence and reports. Screen, refer, and respond to telephone inquiries.
Arrange appointments and greet visitors. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain files and record systems. Perform basic computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Draft and type letters, memorandums, reports, and related materials (e.g., newsletters, announcements, etc.). Could you work on special projects as needed?
