As a Recruitment Manager, you’ll help create the magic behind the scenes as a part of our Human Resources division.  We are looking for an organized professional who is passionate about creating a positive and exciting onboarding experience for new and returning employees.  If you have strong communication skills, an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people every day, this is the job for you! 

 

Our Recruitment Manager Will Also

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective interview and hiring processes
  • Establish comprehensive recruitment strategies to assist Hiring Managers meet their staffing needs
  • Source and recruit new talent through referral programs, grassroot efforts, hiring events, and paid advertisements
  • Coordinate and conduct screens and interviews for new and returning candidates
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process 
  • Ensure compliance with standard onboarding practices and procedures 
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and location-specific details  
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with HR peers to develop and implement strategic employee engagement programs
  •  Assist with orientation and continual training opportunities
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information 
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays

 

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 18 years of age
