Your Next Great Adventure
The Division President will lead our homebuilding operations in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. This role oversees all aspects of division operations, including Land, Construction, Sales, and Employee and Customer Experience, with a focus on maximizing company profits. The Division President will provide leadership, direction, and administration of all division activities, ensuring that objectives are met and company values and culture are maintained.
Qualifications

- Preferred functional expertise in several areas (i.e., Land Acquisition, Land Development, Finance, Sales, Construction, Purchasing.
- Ability to meet financial plans, etc.
- Ability to interact with Marketing Department to ensure sales success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Must be proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated.
- Must have strong leadership ability.
- Ability to successfully delegate.
- Ability to build and manage a team.
- Ability to set and meet goals.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Homebuilding industry
