Responsibilities
- Mentor and assist with the training of project coordinators.
- Oversee training processes and training feedback.
- Serve as a back-up project manager when needed for paperwork, project oversight, and client correspondence.
- Develop new client and project materials, support packages, and internal procedure manuals.
- Take a lead role in meeting implementation needs by maintain files, preparing presentations, and servicing clients.
- Coordinate all necessary services to start up a new implementation project.
- Serve as a lead trainer.
- Comply with requirements of funding sources.
- Conduct independent trainings and consultation trips as needed.
- Train and supervise consultants used for training and any other hired project staff.
- Work with team members to provide quality, timely service and products to every customer.
- Promote Chestnut’s culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut’s behavioral standards for customer service.
- Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Must meet all qualifications of GAIN Project Coordinator job description (including GAIN Administrator, GAIN Local Trainer, and GAIN National Administrator Certifications).
- Completion of GAIN Data Coordinator Certification, GAIN ABS Site Administrator Certification, and GAIN Clinical Interpretation Certification (G-CIC).
- Minimum of three years working in LI-GCC, at least two of which must have been in a GAIN Project Coordinator position.
- Demonstrated excellence in organizing and delivering GAIN national and onsite trainings as shown by averaging 4 or above on 5-point scale on 90% of GAIN trainings overall satisfaction with training.
- Demonstrated mastery of coordinating multiple diverse sets of projects as shown by having coordinated at least 3 projects for 12 months or more and having coordinated projects that provided a total of $500,000 revenue to LI-GCC.
- Demonstrated ability for problem solving.
- Willingness to work varying shifts and extra hours to meet key project deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability writing technical documentation and operational policies and procedures.
- Willingness to travel to client sites required.
- Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
These positions can be on-site or off-site and will be ranked based on training and experience.
