Relationship Manager Position Summary:
Chetu is looking for a full-time Relationship Manager focused on generating and expanding partnership opportunities. This individual will be responsible for partner engagement, pursuing additional opportunities with existing partners, and creating strategic alliances to create new partners. Partners and their communities are key referral pathways for Chetu’s business initiatives and this role will ultimately be accountable for growth via our partnership channels. This position requires a motivated, self-starter with sales knowledge, plus strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Relationship Manager Position Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the USA. Understand client needs, expectations, and business objectives. Act as the main point of contact between the client and the Indian IT company.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling IT services. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and services.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between the client and the Indian IT company's internal teams.Coordinate with different departments to ensure that client requirements are met.Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and milestones.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.Work collaboratively with the internal teams to find solutions to challenges.Proactively identify potential issues and take preventive measures.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to expand the company's footprint in the USA.Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to propose innovative solutions.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Participate in contract negotiations with clients.Ensure that contracts are aligned with the client's expectations and the company's capabilities.Monitor and manage contract compliance.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Understand and respect cultural differences between India and the USA.Navigate and mitigate potential cultural challenges to ensure smooth business operations.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in client relationships.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on client relationship status and performance.Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Should have handled the relationship manager role for a few years.
- 8-10 years of experience at a minimum in Sales, Relationship Management, or Partners.
- Hands-on experience managing accounts for clients like (LTIMindtree, 3i Infotech, Mastek, Hexaware Technologies, Mphasis, Tech Mahindra, Persistent Systems, NIIT Technologies, Zensar Technologies, Coforge etc.)
