What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2-3 years transportation industry experience, logistics experience preferred
- Experience in managing and elevating the operational performance of small parcel carriers
- Experience partnering with fulfillment centers/warehouses to identify and fix process gaps related to small parcel transportation
- Strong focus in identifying trends, tracking KPIs, and reporting on carrier metrics
- Detail oriented and possesses superior organizational, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Macros, Forecasting, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.)
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite, SQL, and Tableau
- Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, high energy and proactive
What You'll Do:
- Be an advocate for Customer Experience (CX) by continuously improving small parcel carrier performance
- Become a trusted partner of the FC Operations team to identify process gaps related to transportation
- Use data and analytics to identify CX improvement opportunities related to transportation
- Provide all levels of the company with updates on Transportation metrics, including ongoing analysis and interpretation of data
- Present information verbally, as well as in written reports
- Evaluate and maintain KPI’s for small parcel carrier performance
- Manage projects and develop supply chain capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies throughout the transportation network
- Position may require travel
Bonus:
