CCV is a Continuing Care Retirement Community that is looking for a part time business manager to join our team. This position will work between the hours of 8am - 5pm up to 24 hours per week. Experience in long term care, medical insurance and payroll operations is a plus!
POSITION SUMMARY
As the HR Business Office Manager, you will be the on-site HR and business professional in a fast paced & rapidly changing environment. You will work collaboratively with other department managers to support a large entry-level front line workforce with the support of your administrator. Your responsibilities will include payroll, pre-hire processes, orientation & onboarding, employee relations, workers compensation, ensuring consistent compliance of personnel policies & regulatory compliance standards in addition to various administrative functions including other business entities including A/P and A/R management and health insurance processes.
