Summary
The HR Manger is responsible for providing administrative support to other professionals by documenting staff changes, updating schedules, and maintaining employee files.
Duties
Preform administrative duties, such as maintining employee records and training
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Assist General Manager in policy formulation, hiring and administration
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, organize and attend job fairs, and schedule job interviews
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Communicate all problems and other work-related issues to supervisor
Complete all paperwork associated with position in a timely manner
Comply with all Company policies and procedures including safety and attendance requirements
Participate in activities to increase personal skill level and to improve overall departmental processes
Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others
Follow instructions to perform other work-related duties as required to meet Company goals
Requirements
