Chick-fil-A at Fox Chapel is seeking a senior-level leader to apply their experience to our continued pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture.
We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and help others succeed. This is a senior leadership role at our location that currently consists of a 25/75 split between Catering and Manager responsibilities.
Pay Type: Starting at up to $19-22/hr
Position Type: Full-Time / Open Availability

Qualifications:
· Experience as a leader, with a proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments, and work as part of a team
· Basic computer and iPad competency
· Ability to input data and interpret the P/L
· Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
Catering Responsibilities:
· Oversee all catering transactions to ensure customer expectations are met
· Answering phones and taking new orders within the store
· Documenting and communicating future orders to managers
· Preparing and staging all packaged items for catering orders
· Politely and professionally interacting with catering clients in person and on the phone
· Keep the catering spreadsheet tracker up to date
· Follow up with select clients to ensure an exemplary experience
· Keep inventory of catering supplies / inform Marketing Director of supply needs
· Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager on fulfillment of all catering orders
· Take deliveries and assist in outside events as needed
· Run in-store promotions or product distributions
Manager Responsibilities:
· Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Restaurant Manager
· Inputs data daily into the P/L system, and interprets the data to make adjustments to the Operations of the restaurant
· Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
· Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports
· Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
· Makes changes in the restaurant to improve our speed of service and accuracy scores
· Serves as a subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
· Responsible for inventory and facilities management
· Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
· Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
· Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
