What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Manager position at Chick-fil-A | Freehold FSR?
It is the responsibility of the Training Manager, in close collaboration with Human Resources and Operations Directors, to drive the restaurant’s training efforts and to ensure that every team member is trained and certified in all areas necessary for them to be operationally excellent and to embody the core values of Chick‐fil‐A at all times through new hire onboarding, and continual recertification and remedial training of existing team members. Having an effective training program also ensures increased retention and greater productivity output from each team member.
The Training Manager leads the training program for the entire restaurant which includes managing Chick-fil-A's online training program for all team members, new hire training, food safety and sanitation compliance, OSHA compliance, building a team of certified trainers, new product and process rollouts, and other special projects.
