Team Leaders and Crew Leaders are responsible for the actions of both Team Members and Trainers, both with guest interactions and their various operational responsibilities.
Expectations
- Work 35 hours a week minimum
- Must meet all the expectations of a Team Member and Trainer
- Be able to earn the respect of co-workers with the intents of servant leadership
- Must be able to directly confront and solve issues that are brought to you

Key Personality Traits
- Must have developed leadership qualities that will aid in leading either zones or the store during peak and non-peak hours, including making key decisions in stressful situations, high communication with the kitchen and different zone leads, and being able to coach team members through various circumstances through high-stress environments. Must have an energy and enthusiasm that motivates the team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts - You must continually:

- While you are leading shifts, you are often the direct line of communication to Back Of House (or Front Of House), so you must communicate openly, yet respectfully about specific needs and the best way to meet those needs
- Directly impact the culture of your work atmosphere by your every-day actions and attitudes towards other workers and guests
- Support other Team Leaders and Directors during shifts
Team Leader Roles
- Handling guest complaints
- Counting/setting tills, Safe balancing change fund, buying change
- Maintaining appropriate labor points throughout shifts, running breaks at appropriate times
- Ensuring peak hour readiness
- Leading specific zones during shifts
- Opening/Closing operations
- Delegating tasks for operational excellence
- Assessing quality of food and oil throughout the shift
- Fulfilling all catering orders

Your Experience
You will work alongside a certified trainer for four to five training shifts, learning the ins and outs of the business. During this time, we will equip you with everything you will need to know to succeed here. Over time you will be evaluated by a leader, which will make you eligible for scheduled pay raises and promotions. When regulations allow, The Leadership Team will hold seasonal outings for Team Members to gather outside the four walls of our restaurant and do life together.
