What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Assistant Manager position at Chick-fil-A Oglethorpe Mall?
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting candidates for staffing the business. Additionally, this candidate will have experience in scheduling, hiring, terminations, and processing of all paperwork associated with staffing. A personal vehicle is required so this person can attend job fairs or visit locations to promote the business. This person must be articulate and able to represent the brand well. A personal laptop will be required in order to develop and present powerpoints or other recruiting visuals.
If the criteria for the role is completed for the day or week, this individual will be required to work in the business alongside other team members in order to grow their knowledge of the business and further develop relationships with the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
