Service Supervisor Team Member

As a Chick-fil-A Service Supervisor you play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team members and the success of Chick-fil-A Southside Blvd at the Avenues. In selecting Chick-fil-A supervisor’s, we are looking for hard working individuals who will share our passion for giving our Guests remarkable service and hospitality.

 

Basic Employee Expectations:

  • 18 years or older for Full-Time
  • Meets the Availability requirement
  • Part-Time
  • Available Minimum 3 Week Days for Day or Night Shift
  • Available Friday for Day or Night Shift
  • Available All Day Saturday
  • Works 20-30 hours per week
  • Full-Time
  • Available Monday-Friday for Day or Night Shift
  • Available All Day Saturday
  • Works 35-45 hours per week

  • Reliable Transportation
  • Coachable (Accepts Criticism)

  • Working in Hot or Cold Environment

Expectations of a Service Supervisor:

  • Work your scheduled shifts and arrive on time every shift
  • Arrive for your shift in full uniform: shirt, pants, belt, non-slip shoes, nametag, pen (men must be cleanly shaved, women with long hair should have it pulled back into a pony tail/bun)
  • Know the Chick-fil-A purpose and operational standards
  • Understand our strategies
  • Serve Crave-able Food
  • Be Attentive and Courteous to Guests
  • Be Surprisingly Fast
  • Keep a Refreshingly Clean Restaurant
  • Order Accuracy – 100% every time
  • Keep a “sense of urgency” and a “pep in your step” when it comes to serving our Guests
  • If you committed to a certain availability in the interview, we expect you to hold to that
  • Leading their team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shift
  • Monitoring Labor and making necessary adjustments
  • Execution of huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page
  • Proactively checking behind team members
  • Completing Daily and Weekly Checklists
  • Coaching the behaviors of Team Members including:
  • Surprisingly Fast Speed of Service
  • Execution of Systems
  • Proactive Thinking
  • Delivering Impeccable Service
  • Correcting Register and Cash Management Practices
  • Working in a position when necessary

 

Responsibilities of a Service Supervisor:

  • On arrival for your shift, check the plan for your assignment and creating the assignment for others
  • Keeping Team Members focused on assigned position and relevant duties, and teaching Team Members their position.
  • Always be asking the question: “What is our Guest experience right now?” “What can you do to impact and improve their experience?”
  • Keeping your team engaged with guests and their experience.
  • Insuring Team Members are proactively helping guests and completing tasks
  • Actively
