Service Supervisor Team Member
As a Chick-fil-A Service Supervisor you play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team members and the success of Chick-fil-A Southside Blvd at the Avenues. In selecting Chick-fil-A supervisor’s, we are looking for hard working individuals who will share our passion for giving our Guests remarkable service and hospitality.
Basic Employee Expectations:
- 18 years or older for Full-Time
- Meets the Availability requirement

Expectations of a Service Supervisor:
- Work your scheduled shifts and arrive on time every shift
- Arrive for your shift in full uniform: shirt, pants, belt, non-slip shoes, nametag, pen (men must be cleanly shaved, women with long hair should have it pulled back into a pony tail/bun)

- On arrival for your shift, check the plan for your assignment and creating the assignment for others
- Keeping Team Members focused on assigned position and relevant duties, and teaching Team Members their position.
